I’m Zoe, a visual communication expert helping professional services providers design content that connects with their audience.

My background

After graduating university with a Bachelor of Social Science, I spent 10+ years working in multi-disciplinary environmental consultancies in Auckland. In 2017 I made the move to establish my own business, On Format. My mission was to continue to help consultants communicate their specialist knowledge in creative visual ways.

I relocated from Auckland to Christchurch and my only co-worker now is of the four-legged variety 🐾. He is still working on his video-call etiquette but he’s the best companion for making sure I take a break from the screens and get out to the beautiful local beaches and hills of Ōtautahi.

I work with amazing clients throughout New Zealand - large established brands as well as smaller consultancies and solopreneurs. By establishing great working relationships, I’ve been able to consistently deliver high-quality print and digital collateral that meets all my client’s needs.

    Once you’re happy, I’ll send over a proposal outlining deliverables, expectations, lock in dates, and get access to your brand collateral.

  • I have 20 years of experience in creating captivating designs that bring ideas to life. You can feel confident your work is with ‘a safe pair of hands.’ My school reports always said ‘diligent’ and that still applies, I will always deliver quality on time and budget.

  • Lots! But not everything. I love helping my service-based clients with their reports, presentations and graphic design. I don’t offer copywriting, packaging design, logo design or website design.

I’m a firm believer that nature facilitates creativity, so when I’m not at my desk, I’ll be out exploring and getting inspiration for your project.
